The goal
Create an energetic and vibrant logo identity for a creative trading
Scene 2 wanted a new brand identity to diversify its business into new areas and increase its share of the crafter market

Defining the brief and illuminating thinking
Scene 2 had a very clear brief at the start of this project. However we decided to run through the discovery process to double check their thinking which turned out to be really valuable. As they went through the process Scene 2 realised that the original business name did not fit their goals and this caused the brief to be refocused and the company name was changed. Once we had the new name and the discovery process nailed, Scene 2 had a vision about what kind of look they wanted for their new offshoot business “The Creators.” Their brief was to create handcrafted and graffiti style typography which would predominantly appeal to a specific audience. We created a variety of concepts narrowing it down to a brush stroke type of approach and the typography was developed as a bespoke piece with individual letters created just for the logo.
Outlining the logo use and creating a diverse brand
The Creators runs online and in-person creative courses to empower individuals to turn creative ideas into reality through coaching and tips. They bring their 20+ wars of experiential marketing experience to the home creative wanting to learn new techniques and skills. As part of our premium logo package we consider how the logo will be used and create mock ups for various relevant scenarios. For “The Creators” online marketing was going to be the main channel and we applied our designs to appropriate visualisations to ensure it worked well in this environment. We also created the extended colour palette and the different variations of the logo to allow the branding to be used in different marketing drives and allow different types of training to be highlighted and branded individually.
